1) This offer sets a limit of one promotional voucher per organisation.
2) The voucher can be redeemed in full or in part against a marketing or communications project conducted on behalf of the organisation by The Garret. It applies to no other organisation.
3) The voucher can be redeemed to the value of £2000 or 25% of total value of the project - whichever is the lesser figure – on any single project.
4) The voucher can be redeemed against fees charged by The Garret. All bought-in costs incurred by The Garret in the process of the project are exempt from this promotion.
5) This voucher does not need to be redeemed against a single project. The organisation can receive discounts of lesser amounts on a series of projects until the maximum £2000 discount limit is reached.
6) The Garret will keep the client organisation informed of the outstanding balance until such times as the full discount amount has been redeemed.
7) This voucher can be redeemed against any of the services currently offered by The Garret. New services introduced by The Garret will be entered into the discount scheme at the sole discretion of The Garret.
8) The voucher can only begin to be redeemed on the completion of the first project for an organisation that has previously not worked with The Garret. Existing clients can begin to redeem the voucher immediately.
9) To be considered for this promotion, the organisation must have applied for the promotion prior to or on Friday 29 July 2011.
10) To be valid for this promotion, the voucher must be fully redeemed within one calendar year of its issue. Any surplus value on the voucher at this point will become redundant – unless prior consent has been given by The Garret.
11) The Garret reserves the right to exclude any organisation from the promotion for any reason The Garret deems appropriate.
12) The Garret reserves the right to change the conditions and features of this promotion at any time and without prior consent or notice.
13) The promotional voucher has a cash value of GBP 0.001 and is not transferable or assignable.
14) The Garret reserves the right to withdraw this discount voucher and related offer – or the remaining discount value – from the organisation at any time and for whatever reason The Garret deems appropriate.
